Frequently Asked Questions

ORDERS

Orders take 3-5 days to be processed before they are shipped. Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and take up to 7 business days to arrive after they are fulfilled.
All made-to-order and commissioned pieces take 1-2 weeks to make, unless noted.
Email info@leigh-studio.com for commission orders. Please be as detailed as possible with images, quantities, and budget.
If you were notified that your order was delivered and it was not, please allow 3 days before contacting. Generally the postal service prematurely marks items as delivered and delivers hours and sometimes days after.

We only replace items if they arrive to you defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item in our inventory, send us an email at info@leigh-studio.com
We offer store credit for unwanted items received as a gift send us an email at info@leigh-studio.com
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
